If you are looking for a specific training that is not listed on our events calendar, please complete this form and someone will be in contact with you.

Certification Week

Select “Certification” if you are ready for the final step in the Choice Theory/Reality Therapy (CT/RT) certification process. You will need to provide the self-evaluation/application form completed by your Advanced Practicum Supervisor to attend. Go to the Certification tab if you have any questions about the 5-step Certification process.

Faculty Training

If you are interested in training to become Faculty, you must first work with a Faculty Program Consultant (FPC) to ensure readiness prior to attending any classes. Any of your previous instructors may be able to fill that role for you or have suggestions. Fees for this consultation process are set by the individual Faculty member.

The process for becoming Faculty may be found towards the bottom of the Legacy Training page. Once you are ready for training, complete the Training Request form on this page.

In-House Training

If you are interested in conducting a closed training at your workplace, you are invited to submit the Training Request form on this page and someone will get back to you.
