Bio
I was originally certified in 1976 and was certified as a basic instructor in 2010. I spent 35+ years public education working as an elementary teacher, a teacher/administrator in a residential program for delinquents and as a Special Education Director for a 2 county cooperative in Mid Michigan. I have applied the principles of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy in all of my professional experiences. Most recently I have been a GIFCT Board member and President. Currently I am the Chair Person for the Glasser Quality School Committee.

In 2008 I formed Woodview Learning Strategists where I focus on teaching the world Choice Theory and working with non-profit organizations in strategic planning. In all of my work I have incorporated Choice Theory and reality Therapy. I have presented all over the United States along with Scotland and Australia. I am originally from Michigan and am currently living in southern Indiana (gotta be close to the grand kids),

Bio
Kim Olver is a licensed counselor, certified coach, speaker and award-winning, bestselling author. Over the years, she has taught thousands of people in Glasser's Choice Theory concepts. From 2010 to 2020, Kim served as the executive director of GICFT-US and is the current executive director of William Glasser International since 2013. Kim also has experience in higher education and leadership. She specializes in relationships, including the one with ourselves, diversity and coaching.

Bio
Lucy Billings Robbins is an internationally recognized relation expert having over forty years of clinical experience in helping people successfully create and maintain phenomenon relationships.

Lucy is a highly respected senior faculty member of the William Glasser Institute and had the privilege of directly teaching and learning with the founder Dr. William Glasser.

Lucy actively facilitate training of Choice Theory psychology and Reality Therapy around the world and presented at the keynote address at the Tokyo psychotherapy conference, the Ireland Reality Therapy conference, the Partners in Change Women’s conference and the Together Again conference of addiction professionals. Her workshops and seminars are always highly popular, frequently standing room only. Lucy provides online clinical support to counseling professionals.

Along with training and presenting Lucy served on the regional, national and founding international boards of the William Glasser Institute. She served on the national and the Tennessee alcohol and drug abuse counselor‘s Board of Directors and is a past president

Lucy has authored numerous magazine and journal articles , a guide for role-playing for learning and a work book entitled The Art of Promoting Choice.

Lucy lives near Memphis, Tennessee with her husband Dr. Jeffery Robbins and their dog Katy.
