I am a NY-Based therapist who specializes in working with adolescents and adults on issues related to depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, self-confidence and self-esteem and school and work stresses. In addition to being CTRTC, I have a Masters in Social Work, Counseling and Education. I also have a JD in Law. I currently work as both a special education high school teacher and psychotherapist/coach. In addition to Choice Theory/Reality Therapy, I am trained in Rational-Emotive-Behavior Therapy (REBT), NLP, EMDR, Hypnotherapy and Positive Psychology.
