Victoria Harris is the President of ER Counseling LLC in Shelbyville, IN. where she works with a variety of clients many of whom deal with domestic violence, complex trauma and substance use issues. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor, Nationally Certified Gambling Counselor and certified in Reality Therapy and Choice Theory.
Vicky is certified by ICADV as a Senior Facilitator for the Batterers Intervention Program (BIP) and trains people to become certified. She is certified by the Department of Mental Health and Addictions since 2009.
Vicky is member of the Domestic Violence Task Force in Shelby County. She received the 2016 Turning Point Shelby County Mission Partner Award for her contribution to working towards the prevention and elimination of domestic and dating violence.
Vicky has presented at numerous local, regional, and national conference that focus on Realty Therapy and Choice Therapy in regards to domestic violence, complex trauma, and substance use. She has been a member with the William Glasser Institute since 1999. She currently serves as the Midwest Regional President for GIFCT and Secretary for the GIFCT Board.
